Darron Goralsky is the Founder, CEO and Clinical Director of Melbourne TMJ & Facial Pain Centre, one of Australia’s leading multidisciplinary clinics dedicated to the assessment and management of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and craniofacial pain.
With over 30 years of experience treating TMJ, facial and neck-related conditions, Darron originally trained as a Physiotherapist in South Africa, completing post graduate certifications in Manipulative Therapy. After his arrival in Melbourne he then continued with studies in Craniosacral Therapy. Early in his career, Darron identified a major gap in how jaw and facial pain conditions were managed—recognising the need for a collaborative approach that integrates manual therapy and other physiotherapy based approaches to patient rehabilitation, and dental expertise.
This insight led to the development of the Goralsky Craniomandibular Method (GCMM), a structured multidisciplinary protocol combining physiotherapy principles with dental and medical collaboration. Darron has lectured to many dental and allied health groups, was part of a 4 person lecture team for a one day course on TMD for the University of Melbourne’s Dental School, and presented at the 2019 ANZAOP Conference. In 2024, Darron was an invited speaker at the Myofocus Functional Health Symposium in Melbourne, presenting on multidisciplinary management of TMD and orofacial pain. Darron has also presented a 5-hour Masterclass for dentists as part of Dr Damian Teo’s Mini Residency in TMD & Sleep for the last 5 years. Building on this momentum, he developed and successfully delivered his inaugural 2-day intensive professional education program for dental professionals, The 5-Step TMD Protocol Course, in October 2025.
A passionate educator and mentor, Darron now focuses on training and developing clinicians in his evidence-based approach. His growing team includes TMJ physiotherapists, osteopaths, dentists, and orofacial myofunctional therapists, a breathing educator and a GP working collaboratively to deliver comprehensive patient care. Darron is an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain (AACP), and the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Orofacial Pain (ANZAOP).

Lower back pain in women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s is complex to treat due to the combination of physical and emotional factors, and health professionals need to stay updated on best practices and science to provide the best recovery platform for patients. These women typically have busy lives, pressures, and expectations.
