Dr Kieran Longley is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care across a broad spectrum of digestive and liver conditions. He completed his medical degree at the University of Tasmania before undertaking physician training at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney. Furthering his academic and clinical expertise, he obtained a Master of Science in Internal Medicine from the University of Edinburgh.

Dr Longley completed advanced training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology across Campbelltown, Nepean, and Wollongong Hospitals. Following qualification as a gastroenterologist, he worked in regional and metropolitan centres throughout Australia, providing specialist care in areas of need and gaining extensive experience managing a diverse range of gastrointestinal disorders.

His clinical interests include general gastroenterology, hepatology, inflammatory bowel disease, and advanced endoscopic procedures. Dr Longley has undertaken specialised fellowship training in Advanced Endoscopy at Blacktown and Westmead Hospitals, focusing on mucosal resection and quality assurance in endoscopic practice. He is accredited by the Australian Conjoint Committee for Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (CCRTGE) in gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and video capsule endoscopy.

Known for his evidence-based and holistic approach, Dr Longley develops personalised management plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs. By combining advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques with clear communication and compassionate care, he helps patients achieve improved digestive health and long-term wellbeing.
